This Anti-Spam Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions. We comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, and we require our users to do the same.
Our Email Practices
We send transactional and service-related messages (for example, account verification, security notices, billing notices, and replies to support or feedback requests). Where we send any commercial or promotional email, we will:
- Use accurate "from," "to," and routing information and a non-deceptive subject line;
- Identify the message as an advertisement where required;

Transactional messages necessary to provide the service may still be sent even if you opt out of promotional email.
User Obligations
You may not use gotosignal.com, your business profile, or any feature of our platform to send, facilitate, or promote spam or unsolicited bulk or commercial messages. In particular, you may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or other messages using contact details obtained through our platform, including vCard downloads or profile contact information;
- Harvest, scrape, or "mine" email addresses or other contact information of other users or visitors;
- Use false or misleading header information, deceptive subject lines, or disguised origins in any message that references or links to your profile;
- Send commercial messages without a functioning opt-out mechanism and a valid physical address where required by law; or
- Violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR/ePrivacy direct-marketing rules, CASL, or any other applicable anti-spam or marketing law.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact the recipients of your communications and for complying with all applicable laws.
Reporting Spam and Enforcement
If you receive spam that references or originates from a gotosignal.com profile, please report it to support@gotosignal.com with details and, where possible, a copy of the message and headers. We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, remove content, disable tracking or messaging features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Anti-Spam Policy or applicable law. Changes to This Policy
CHANGE NOTICE: We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Please check back periodically.
